Campbell Scott is respected as the leading Waikato real estate agent for the sale of multi-unit properties. Campbell’s background includes three years selling with Lodge’s residential team during which time he developed a strong interest in residential property for investment. He then pursued a successful and rewarding five year career as Auckland Sales Manager for DB Breweries, one of New Zealand’s most respected companies. Campbell returned to Lodge in 2002 to further his passion for real estate.
A member of the Waikato Property Investors’ Association, Campbell has enjoyed developing his own portfolio over the past twelve years. His personal interest in investment property coupled with working with some of New Zealand’s most astute investors has led to Campbell acquiring a wealth of knowledge that enables him to provide valuable advice to people wanting to invest in the Waikato’s healthy real estate market. He owns property locally and advocates Hamilton as being New Zealand’s best market for property investment.

A Certified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Campbell is a successful personal change coach. He helps people achieve career, sporting, finance and health goals and aides people through challenges varying from relationship loss to phobic healing.
Campbell lives in Hamilton with his wife Madeleine and their five children. He has a passion for cycling and donates proceeds from every sale to the Lance Armstrong Foundation for cancer research.
Campbell and Madeleine are also passionate contributors to the Anthony Robbins Foundation’s International Basket Brigade - throughout the Christmas season their team of volunteers anonymously provide gift baskets of food, clothing, and hope to those who need it most.
